1. Agreement

By accessing hextreestudio.com and purchasing or using our products (including Shopify section templates and digital courses), you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these terms, you may not purchase or access our website content. All content is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Our digital products are sold for one-time use under a lifetime license, but redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.

2. Digital Products & Licenses

When purchasing a Shopify section template or digital course , you agree to the following:

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our products for your own personal or business purposes.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share any of our products (this includes sharing login details or content from courses).
Commercial distribution of our digital products (free or paid) is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution may result in license termination and legal action.
By downloading free products (sections or courses), you agree to receive marketing emails (unsubscribe anytime) and to follow the same terms as paid products.

3. Support & Updates

We provide support and updates for our Shopify sections and courses as long as HexTree Studio remains in business.

We are not obliged to provide new features or updates beyond the version available at the time of purchase.
Support is available via email at info@hextreestudio.com . We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when purchasing our products.
You may not reverse-engineer, replicate, or resell our products.
You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your specific Shopify theme or business context.
You may not use course content (videos, text, downloads) to create your own course, product, or training.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, videos, templates, code, and documentation remain the intellectual property of HexTree Studio .

You are granted a limited license to use the purchased products as intended, but you do not obtain ownership of the content.
Unauthorized copying, modification, reproduction, or distribution of any part of the products (including sections and course materials) is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our digital products are provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including:

Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Accuracy, reliability, or specific results from using our products.

We do not guarantee error-free operation or compatibility with third-party apps or updates.

7. Limitation of Liability

HexTree Studio is not liable for any damages resulting from use or inability to use our digital products, including:

Loss of data, income, or business opportunities.
Issues caused by improper implementation or external modifications.
Any negative effects from third-party tools or integrations.

8. Payment Methods

All payments must be made via official channels. Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in account suspension and legal action.

9. Termination

If you violate these Terms, we may terminate your license and access to our products immediately.

Upon termination, you must stop using the products and delete any saved copies.
Attempting to bypass licensing restrictions may lead to legal action.

10. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products (immediate access to downloadable content), we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed.
